Compensation:
$60,000 - $75,000 Base Salary
This is a $125,000 plus opportunity (A combination of guaranteed draw, commissions, and bonuses.)
Job Responsibilities:
This position is based in New York.
- Manage sales & marketing teams
- Manage and cultivate existing accounts
- Prospect for new clients and partnerships
- Use social media and e-mail marketing to drive sales
- Deliver high-quality proposals and presentations to prospects and clients
- Develop creative marketing solutions in PW media for your clients
- Use CRM to provide call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly/annual territory analyses
- Includes travel
Experience/Skills:
- Exceptional networking, planning, selling and management skills
- Proven ability to develop and deliver effective presentations
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong skill set for navigating and monetizing social media: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
- Experience with common customer relationship management software and platforms
- Competency in Microsoft Office: PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
- Proficient in working with Google Drive: Sheets, Forms, Docs, etc.
- 1-2 years of prior experience in sales management, particularly in a B2B environment
- Degree preferred
- Knowledge of the book publishing industry a plus
