Description
We're looking for a Paid Media Manager to own and scale performance advertising across Entangled's portfolio of bestselling titles.
This is a high-impact, high-autonomy role for someone who can build, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns that drive measurable results. You'll work closely with Campaign Leads, Creative, Social, and Marketing leadership to translate campaign strategy into effective advertising across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Amazon, Google, and emerging platforms.
You will own audience targeting, budget allocation, campaign setup, optimization, testing, reporting, and performance analysis. You'll be responsible for identifying what is working, what isn't, and where opportunities exist to scale results.

What You'll Do
- Own paid media strategy and execution across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Amazon Ads (AMS/DSP), Google, and emerging channels
- Manage campaign setup, audience targeting, budget allocation, pacing, optimization, and reporting across a high-volume release schedule
- Partner with Campaign Leads to translate campaign strategy into effective paid media plans that drive awareness, engagement, and sales
- Develop audience segmentation, creative testing frameworks, and performance optimization strategies
- Track and analyze key performance metrics, including ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversion rate, and revenue impact
- Deliver actionable reporting and recommendations to Campaign Leads and marketing leadership
- Conduct post-launch analyses and identify learnings to improve future campaigns
- Identify opportunities for larger media buys, emerging channels, and scalable growth initiatives
- Serve as the internal expert on paid media trends, platform changes, and advertising best practices
- Manage relationships with advertising platforms, vendors, and external partners as needed
- Evaluate and recommend new advertising opportunities, tools, and technologies that improve performance and efficiency
- Support additional campaign and strategic initiatives as needed
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on paid media experience, with deep expertise in Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Google/YouTube, and Amazon Advertising
- Proven ability to manage and optimize significant advertising budgets with a strong focus on ROAS and revenue growth
- Experience developing audience segmentation, testing frameworks, and performance optimization strategies
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across marketing, creative, social, and leadership teams
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to own both strategy and execution
- Experience in publishing, media, entertainment, e-commerce, or consumer brands preferred
