We’re seeking an experienced and driven National Accounts Manager to grow our presence with major retailers, distributors, and specialty market partners. This role focuses on building strong customer relationships, expanding account opportunities, and connecting our books and products with new audiences.
The ideal candidate is a confident, engaging communicator who thrives in a dynamic, evolving environment. You’ll take initiative, collaborate across teams, and motivate others toward shared success.
What You’ll Do
- Manage and expand key national retail accounts.
- Present new and backlist titles to major buyers and distributors.
- Analyze account performance and develop quarterly updates.
- Represent Schiffer Publishing at trade shows and events.
- Maintain accurate CRM data and respond promptly to partners.
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities.
What You'll Bring
- Drive and ability to sell.
- Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of sales experience.
- Strong presentation and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet goals.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and digital sales tools.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
